Mortgage Clients Database - Help

Category Question Answer
Email

Annoying 'Yes' clicks.

When sending emails with Microsoft Outlook, I have to click on the 'Yes' button for every email.

What can I do?

There is a free software called Express ClickYes.

This free software will click the 'Yes' button for you, so that you don't have to do it, and the emails will be sent faster.

Click here to go to their web site: Express ClickYes. Then click on their link called "Download Your Free Copy of Express ClickYes".

Importing
If I have an existing database (i.e. Excel;Access or Act) can it be imported (easily) into your software.
I have not setup an automatic import capability yet.

Although, if you send me your act export, excel or access file, I can probably import it for you and send it back to you.  Assuming you have setup your exisiting database in a structured format, I can do it for an additional $25.

If you wish, send me your existing file, and I will let you know what I can do with it.
Letters

When I am in my contact screen I see on the right hand side “Mail Merge/Letters etc” which I click as I want to create a letter for my client.

I follow the steps and now I am at the Heloc Letter and I can read the already saved letter there.

How do I print this with my contacts name? or in the future how do I lets say use this letter for all my clients?

Here is what you do to print letters for a subset of clients, right down to one client:

1) From the main client list, click on ‘Find Contacts’ to bring up the search screen. This will allow you to filter your client list down to one or more contact. Click on any search combinations you wish.

2) Once you have decided which search clients you want filtered, click on ‘Finish and Return’. Now anything you do will be based on that subset of Clients.

3) Now, simply begin the letters/email process by clicking on “Mail Merge/Letters”, and your letters will be based on this subset of clients

Upgrading I just upgraded to version 4.5 , how do I open the program.

Go to your program list.

Find "Mortgage Clients 2003" in your program list.
